Voting Procedures

Only Full Members who are currently financial are eligible to vote. Full Members who are unable to attend have the right to nominate their proxy vote to another Full Member (only two proxy votes per Full Member)

Proxy Votes must be received by 3pm Monday 25^th March 2024
